These terms govern your use of khrown.com, operated by Khrown, a registered Swedish business based in Gothenburg, Sweden. By using the site you accept them. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Use of the site

The site exists so you can learn what we do, read our case studies, and book a call. You agree not to scrape the site with automated tools, attempt to break or probe it, or copy its content for commercial use without written permission.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to Khrown or its licensors. Client names, brand names and logos shown in case studies and testimonials belong to their respective owners and appear as factual references to work performed. No endorsement by any named company is implied.

Case study figures

The results shown on this site are historical outcomes from specific engagements, reported as they happened. They are not a promise of future performance. What we commit to in a given engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.

Third-party services

Booking runs on Cal.com and case study videos are hosted on YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Khrown is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
